Opening for Capleton at Brooklyn Bandshell
Celebrate Brooklyn's annual summer concert series had a reggae show featuring reggae legend Capleton. David was among a group of artists opening up for the singer, which included Tony Curtis and Warrior King. Many thanks to Brooklyn producer Courtney Panton for helping get David on the bill and Fabian Cooke who helped out with the mixing. Musicians appearing in the video are Fabian Cooke on drums, Courney Panton on bass, Horace James on keys, and Joe San Saverino on guitar.

LIVE at Carifest 2002 - Randall's Island
Performing "Lively Bounce", arr. David Ondrick at Carifest. The arrangement fuses the Bob Marley classic "Lively Up Yourself" with the Charlie Parker standard "Billy's Bounce". The studio version of the song is can be found on the 2004 release "Flesh & Bone". Featured musicians are Karl Wright on drums, Horace James on keys, Courtney Panton on bass, and Andy Bassford on guitar.

Club Shine - Opening at Chrisinti Record Release
Beres Hammond's "Those Were the Days" gets an instrumental treatment from alto saxophonist David Ondrick, backed by veteran NY players including Karl Wright on drums, Courtney Panton on bass, Andy Bassford on guitar, and Horace James on keys. Other singers on the bill were Qushan Dia, and Iley Dread from Jamaica.

David Ondrick adds his horn sound to Sound Temple Productions reggae remix of Alicia Keys smash single,
"If I Ain't Got You."

The song spent 15 weeks on the NY reggae charts this summer, topping out at #4 and then spending the rest of the summer blasting out on the airwaves.
